Meet Omie, our visionary leader and Chief Product Manager. He has a passion for building exceptional software products that drive client outcomes. Omie brings his wealth of experience to the forefront, specializing in building great software products and driving operational excellence.
Omie's 20 year journey in the tech industry is marked by his role as CEO and founder of multiple successful software companies, including eCivis, PulseCaster, and Live Smart Media. These experiences have provided him with invaluable insights into product development and an unwavering passion for creating outstanding software solutions. With an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Chicago, Omie brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to our clients allowing him to seamlessly bridge the gap between technology and real-world applications.
Over the last 10 years, Serious Development has become a trusted partner and expert in healthcare, thanks to numerous successful projects for TPAs, MSOs, health plans, IPAs, and ABAs. Mark is a driving force behind Serious Development's client-centric approach to achieving client outcomes. With a wealth of SaaS and DaaS industry experience, he plays a pivotal role in enhancing our reputation for purpose-driven software development. Mark's extensive background spans over two decades in key positions at S&P Global, eCivis, GTM B2B Consulting, and Wood Mackenzie, where he led numerous software projects and gained a deep understanding of what clients truly value. (add part about working with 20 man teams form outsourced agencies, IT consulting firms, etc.).
Having worked closely with health plans, IPAs, MSOs, and ABAs, Mark brings a unique perspective to his role as Sr. Account Strategist. He is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive exceptional value from their engagement with Serious Development. Mark continually seeks opportunities to add value, identifying new revenue streams, capabilities, and operational efficiencies that align with their specific goals. With his firsthand experience of working on both the client and service provider sides, Mark understands the importance of delivering outcomes that go beyond expectations.
